Standard Cleanings Includes:
- Bathroom: mirrors, counters, trash, sink, shower (water spots and buildup take extra time and are considered deep cleaning or require additional time added to your regular cleans), vacuum, and mop floors
- Kitchen: counters, microwave, stovetop, sink, spot clean cupboard/handles, outside appliances, vacuum, and mop floors, gather trash
- Living area/bedrooms: dust, vacuum, spot clean window sills, wipe tables, clean sliding door glass if present and weather permitting
Silver Clean
Our basic level package includes cleaning services for what we see as the most necessary areas, such as the kitchen and 1-2 bath- rooms. Alternatively, you can choose a few of your own chores to fit this small package. This package is a great option for apart- ments, small homes, or those on a tighter budget. The tasks covered include wiping down surfaces, cleaning sinks, and basic floor cleaning. We also ensure that high-touch areas are sanitized, contributing to a cleaner and healthier home environment. Perfect for maintaining a basic level of cleanliness on a budget.
Gold Clean
The next step up includes everything from the basics as well as dusting and vacuuming living rooms and bedrooms. If time allows, extra tasks can be completed, such as light organizing or additional surface cleaning. This package is perfect for smaller homes with limited mess, ensuring that both high-traffic and frequently-used areas remain clean and inviting. We also take care of dusting shelves, cleaning mirrors, and making beds to provide a more comprehensive cleaning experience. Ideal for those who want a bit more attention to detail in their cleaning routine.
Platinum Clean
This package includes the basics, as well as dusting and vacuuming living rooms, bedrooms, halls, stairs, inside glass/windows,
and anything else we have time for after completing those tasks. It is perfect for maintenance every two weeks, especially for busy homes with pets and kids. If time allows we can usually squeeze in an extra chore. Our thorough approach helps to keep your home in top condition, reducing allergens and creating a healthier living space. Great for households that need consistent upkeep.
Diamond Clean
This option is ideal for once-a-month maintenance or for larger homes that require more time. All of the tasks from the previous packages are included, along with anything else we may have time for. This comprehensive package ensures that every corner of your home receives attention, from the kitchen and bathrooms to living spaces and bedrooms. We also focus on deep cleaning tasks such as polishing fixtures, cleaning baseboards and ensuring that other seasonal cleaning tasks are handled. Perfect for maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment on a monthly basis or for those with more extensive cleaning needs.
All packages are flat-rate and can be customized with extra time if needed. Services can be booked weekly, every other week, or once a month. A gas fee applies to cleaning visits outside of Lincoln city limits (varies by location).
VIP Deep Clean
We have deep clean availability which can be booked for your initial cleaning visit or for special occasions. Deep cleans are hourly and you can tell us how many hours you want with your priorities, or let us do our favorite deep clean routine!
For clients already on our regular schedule, deep clean tasks can be accommodated within your allotted time instead of paying our non-maintenance customer rate.
Deep cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to, light fixtures and fans, walls, windows, blinds, vents, baseboard edging, pull- ing out cabinet contents to clean inside and above cabinets, cleaning inside appliances, vacuuming furniture, porch and balcony cleanup, sliding door tracks, heavy shower buildup and water spots, heavy toilet bowl stains, pet hair/messes, washing machines (inside, door, and trap), garbage cleanup, bed making, and curtain dusting, washing, and taking down and putting up curtains.
*All packages are flat rate/times. Extra time can be added, adjusting the rate accordingly. Options can be booked weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
